Kiruhura District Local Government as an arm of Government is mandated to implement the ruling party manisfesto for the 5 years since the new government was sworn-in in May, 2016. A number of socio-economic achievements have been made in the sectors of Works and Technical Services, Education, Health, Community Based Services, Natural Resources, Production and Marketing to regard to fulfilling the the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Manisfesto for improved service delivery for the people of Kiruhura District (See details in the pdf document attached).
