Section 14 subsection 5 of the Local Government Act 1997 as amended requires the District Chairperson to present a report to the Council on the State of Affairs of the District at least once a year . In compliance with this requirement, The District Chairperson presented  the State of Affairs of Kiruhura District, on  30th September, 2018. The report contains details on service delivery in the District in relation to achievements so made for the last one year since the previous state of affairs report was presented before Council, and also what the District intends to achieve in the financial year 2018/2019 (See details as per attached report in pdf)
