Kiruhura District Local Government implemented quite a number of capital projects using LocalGovernment Management Service Delivery Grant (LGMSD), School Facilities Grant (SFG), District Water and Sanitation Conditional Grant (DWSCG), Road Fund, Community Agricultural Infrastructure Improvement Programme (CAIIP) & Local Revenue.
